You can view and update your personal information, such as your address, send a message to your care team, schedule an appointment, request prescription refills, view account statements, pay bills, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do I register for the portal?<\/strong><br>To receive a patient portal activation code, please ask the front desk or member of your clinical team the next time you\u2019re in the office. Or find our chatbot, Neo, on the lower right corner of TheWrightCenter.org and click on \u201cportal help\u201d to get started.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>You can also call the office at&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"tel:5702300019\">570-230-0019<\/a><\/strong>. Please let them know you are calling to sign up for your patient portal. Your account must be verified to receive the activation code. Once you receive the code, visit thewrightcenter.org, click on \u201cPatient Portal,\u201d \u201cActivate Account\u201d and complete the registration process.&nbsp;<strong>This code can only be used once.<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>NOTE: The patient portal activation code is only active for 30 days. If you do not use the code within 30 days, it will expire and you will need to request another patient portal activation code from the clinical staff. You can reach out to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:portalsupport@thewrightcenter.org\"><strong>portalsupport@thewrightcenter.org<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;and please indicate your phone number in the email. After verifying your account, this code can be mailed to you by U.S. Postal Mail. It can\u2019t be emailed due to privacy issues.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Is my patient portal activation code my login?<\/strong><br>No, when you are signing up for your patient portal for the first time, there is a login area where you will be asked to create your login, password and portal activation code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What should I do if I forgot my login, have difficulties registering, or if I get locked out of my Patient Portal account?<\/strong><br>Please call the office at&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"tel:5702300019\">570-230-0019<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;and indicate that it is regarding a Patient Portal question. You can also email us at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:portalsupport@thewrightcenter.org\"><strong>portalsupport@thewrightcenter.org<\/strong><\/a>. Please indicate your phone number in the email so that we can call you back. Due to privacy issues, we can\u2019t include any personal information in the email. You can also use our chatbot, Neo, on the lower right corner of TheWrightCenter.org to get help using the Patient Portal.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What should I do if I forgot my password?<\/strong><br>Go to the login page under the sign in box, then click on the forgot password link on the Patient Portal sign-in page to reset your password online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If any of my personal information is incorrect on the patient portal, what should I do?<\/strong><br>Your personal information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor\u2019s office that is reviewed and updated at each office visit.&nbsp;<br><br>You can update your info if you go into the portal on the left hand inside \u201cAccount Info.\u201d You can also ask the front desk to update any inaccurate information at your next visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If I send a message to my doctor or nurse, when can I expect a reply?<\/strong><br>You should receive a reply within two business days.&nbsp; PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PORTAL FOR URGENT SITUATIONS.&nbsp;<strong>DIAL 911 FOR ALL EMERGENCIES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Is the Patient Portal secure?<\/strong><br>Yes. You can only access your account through secure access codes, personal IDs, and passwords that are controlled by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where can I update my password, email, login, edit my security questions\/answers and edit my Site ID?<\/strong><br>Once you are logged into your patient portal, look for the \u201cEdit Profile\u201d area in the top left hand corner of the portal. Click on that and you can update your items&nbsp;from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I ask for information about a family member from my patient portal?<\/strong><br>No, each patient has their own individual patient portal account. This information would not appear in the correct health record and could potentially jeopardize medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How can I obtain a copy of my medical records?<\/strong><br>You can access your medical records through the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thewrightcenter.org\/patient-portal\/\">Patient Portal<\/a><\/strong>.
